Carmen 林老師致力培養學生對音樂的熱忱，強調幫助每位學生建立自信和發揮其音樂潛能，同時提升他們的技巧。她擁有音樂學士學位和學位教師教育文憑，並獲得英國倫敦聖三一音樂學院鋼琴演奏文憑(ATCL)，英國皇家音樂學院(ABRSM) 8級鋼琴及樂理。此外，她還擁有 YMCA 頒發的Responsible Adult Course證書。除了私人音樂導師的工作外，Carmen林老師亦曾在香港的中學任教音樂科，並在加拿大溫哥華擔任兒童及少年行為治療導師，她以豐富的經驗及不同工作範疇豐富了她的教學方法。

Teacher Carmen is dedicated to nurturing her students' lifelong love of music through a teaching philosophy that emphasizes building confidence and igniting passion. With a deep commitment to helping each student realize their musical potential, she strives to foster both technical skills and enthusiasm.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Education. She has earned the Associate Diploma (ATCL) in Piano Recital from Trinity College London, as well as Grade 8 qualifications in both piano and music theory from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). Additionally, she holds a Responsible Adult Course certificate from YMCA.

Beyond her work as a private music instructor, Carmen has gained valuable experience teaching junior high schools in Hong Kong and serving as a behavioral interventionist in Canada. These diverse roles have enriched her teaching approach and broadened her perspective.
