林老師畢業於香港中文大學音樂系主修鋼琴（專修鋼琴教學），他於2011-12年取得英國皇家音樂學院(ABRSM) 8級鋼琴及樂理資格，並於2014年取得英國倫敦聖三一音樂學院鋼琴演奏文憑(ATCL)。林老師於不同音樂學校擁有超過八年的鋼琴教學經驗，亦曾任職香港小學音樂科主任，累積了豐富的教學與管理經驗，教授過不同年齡及程度的學生，從初學者到進階程度，林sir相信因材施教可以幫助學生在學習過程中掌握紮實的技能，並保持他們對音樂的熱愛和興趣。另外他能以英語、普通話及廣東話授課，方便不同語言背景的學生。

Teacher Michael Lam holds a Bachelor of Music degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, specializing in Piano with a focus on Pedagogy. In 2014, he earned the Associate Diploma (ATCL) in Piano from Trinity College London, complementing his earlier achievements of Grade 8 Piano (2011) and Grade 8 Theory (2012) qualifications from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).

Before relocating to Vancouver, Michael served as Head Music Teacher at S.K.H. Lui Ming Choi Memorial Primary School in Hong Kong, bringing over eight years of teaching experience to students of all ages and levels across various music schools in Hong Kong.  Michael’s teaching philosophy centers on tailoring instruction to each student’s unique aptitude, nurturing solid technical skills while fostering a lifelong passion and love for music. His dedication to personalized learning empowers students to grow confidently and joyfully in their musical journey. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Michael connects easily with a diverse range of students and communities, making him an inspiring and effective educator.
