林老師來自香港，自小學習鋼琴，並考獲英國皇家音樂學院(ABRSM)八級鋼琴證書，其後再考取英國倫敦聖三一音樂學院鋼琴演奏文憑 (ATCL)。
大學主修心理系，畢業後在港任職小學老師多年，曾接觸不同類型的學生，擁有豐富教學經驗。  其後轉為全職鋼琴老師，累積十五年以上教學經驗。  林老師著重建立學生與家長的關係，常保持有效的溝通 。於教學方面 ，她主張師生互動及以正面強化手法 ，並配合不同元素， 以增強學生的興趣、自信及學習帶來的滿足感，繼而勇於嘗試及挑戰自我，她的學生一般在考試及音樂節中都能取得優異的表現。

Ms. Lam comes from Hong Kong and began studying piano at a young age. She obtained an ABRSM Grade 8 piano certificate and later earned a piano performance diploma (ATCL) from Trinity College London.

After graduating from university with a BA in Psychology, Ms. Lam worked as an elementary school teacher in Hong Kong for many years, gaining extensive teaching experience with a diverse range of students. Subsequently, she transitioned to being a full-time piano teacher, amassing over fifteen years of experience. 

Ms. Lam focuses on building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with both students and parents.  Pedagogically, she advocates interactive teaching and positive reinforcement, incorporating various methods to boost students' interest, confidence, and satisfaction with their learning. Most importantly, Ms. Lam encourages her students to step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves, leading to their exceptional performances in exams and music festivals.
